Ordering
Goods may be ordered, either by

Payment
  • Internet or telephone orders must be paid for at the time of ordering using credit card.
  • Post orders must be accompanied by a cheque for the full cost of the goods and carriage, unless an account is held with the Harvest Kitchen.
  • A credit account holder they will be paid for within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
  • Goods remain the property of the Harvest Kitchen until all goods, services and all outstanding debts to the Harvest Kitchen have been paid in full.

Delivery
Delivery is offered free locally.

  • Delivery charges to other destinations within Ireland and destinations abroad will be quoted on request.
  • While every effort will be made to deliver hampers/gifts on the required date and at the requested time, during the busy December period due to circumstances beyond our control, this is not always possible.
  • All goods will be delivered to the address notified to us at the time of order.
  • The goods will be delivered to the address rather than any named recipient and satisfactory delivery will be at the discretion of the Carrier.

Damages

  • If you do not receive your hamper/gift in perfect condition, please contact Harvest Kitchen within 48 hours.
  • If goods are damaged at the time of delivery they may be rejected and returned by the Carrier who delivers them.
  • If goods are not examined at the time of delivery they may not be later rejected nor will any individual items which are damaged be replaced unless such damage is notified to the Carrier at the time of delivery and so it is incumbent upon the recipient to examine the goods on delivery.
  • In the unlikely event of items being damaged in transit, Harvest Kitchen will only replace the item. Harvest Kitchen reserves the right to replace items with the same or similar goods of equal or greater value.
  • Returns will only be accepted up to 14 days after delivery.

Goods

  • All items are subject to availability. If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute an item the replacement item shall be of equal or higher value that that which it replaces.
  • Some items may differ from the description given in our brochure but will not be essentially different in content or character.
  • Our liability for the product is limited to the guarantees and liabilities of our suppliers and consequential loss is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

Packaging Information
All goods supplied are contained within the packaging provided by the manufacturer and/or our suppliers and we can take no responsibility for any errors of omissions relating to the description of the content of food stuffs and, in particular, can give no warranty that the description of the content of food stuffs printed on individual packages or containers is accurate.

Force Majeure
We will make every effort to fulfil orders that are placed but cancellations or variations may be necessary by reason of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
